These terms apply to purchases from Teide 3D Software Store, operated by ZARK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (香港匯焰科技有限公司).

Store and products

The store offers digital software subscriptions and related digital delivery. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. This is an independent storefront and does not claim official endorsement or affiliation with Autodesk or another trademark owner.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment, identity or fraud checks, product availability, customer eligibility, and lawful-supply requirements are confirmed. We may reject or cancel an order and return any collected payment if those requirements cannot be met.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods may include Stripe card payments and PayPal. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges.

Digital delivery and use

Delivery is made electronically to the email address supplied at checkout or through instructions included with the order. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and follow the applicable publisher or license terms. Do not resell, transfer, copy, or misuse a product except where the applicable license expressly permits it.

Refunds

The Refund & Shipping Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, misuse, third-party service interruptions, or breach of publisher terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
